Dr. Warren A. Jacobs, 77, of Huntersville, NC died Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Huntersville Oaks. He was born January 26, 1934 in Covington, LA. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, November 2, 2011 in the Elm Grove Cemetery in Murray, KY. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Pam Southwell, Cindy Jacobs, David Jacobs; grandchildren, Ryan, Kirsten, Robbie, Joey, Haley and Amanda and his brother, Stanley Jacobs.
