Dorothy Jean Wolfe

Dorothy Jean Stalnaker Wolfe, 81, of Cornelius, NC passed away September 29, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Jean was born April 13, 1936 in Philippi, WV to the late James Dewey Stalnaker and Lillian Bolyard Stalnaker. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and playing games with them. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer Wolfe.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters; Penny Wolfe and Pam Smith; grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Esul), Amy McCroskey (Brian); great grandchildren, Jayden, Alivia and Camden.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Jean will be laid to rest on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Cross Roads Cemetery in Philippi, WV.
