Doris V. Lundy

Doris Virginia Edwards Lundy, 90, of Cornelius, NC passed away on June 7, 2018. She was born in Thornton, WV on December 18, 1927 to the late Forest Edwards, Sr. and Beatrice May Ayer Edwards.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Aflred Lundy; brothers, Glen Leroy Edwards, Forest Edwards, Jr., and Jack Lewis Edwards.

Doris is survived by her two children, Sandy Webb and Michael Lundy; grandchildren, Shelley Moore, Cristal Johnston, Vivian Hall Johnston; and sister, Carolyn Bolyard.

A visistation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 16, 2018 in the chapel at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. Following the service she will be late to rest at Mt. Zion Community Church Cemetery, Cornelius, NC.
