Donald P. Putnam

Donald Putnam, 91, of Cornelius, North Carolina passed away on August 16th, 2018.

He was born November 14th, 1926 to the late Harold and Alma Schickli Putnam in Kansas City, Kansas.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and in Korea.

Don is survived by his wife, Fannie Putnam of Cornelius; daughters, Claire Smith of Lancaster, CA and Barbara Broom of Cornelius, NC; sons, Kelly Bullock of Maiden, NC, Tom Bullock of Cornelius, NC, and Jon Bullock of Norcross, GA; and sister Betty Hambright of Florida.  

Don was a man that loved not only his wife and family, but everyone he met.  He always offered a big smile and assistance to anyone in need.  Don shared God's love with all and will be missed by many.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 20th, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Huntersville.  A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.  Graveside services will be held privately.
