Dennis James Arens

Dennis J. Arens, 66, of Davidson, NC passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2023.

He was born in Florissant, MO to the late Marie and John Arens. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by sister, Diane.

Dennis attended the University of Houston where he played soccer and majored in Engineering; he was a member of Grace Covenant Church, Cornelius, and stayed actively involved with Church activities. He worked as a Sales Engineer for Energy Control and Services of Greenville, SC. He enjoyed traveling with his family, sailing, and walking his dogs at Fisher Farm Park.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; son, Parker; sister, Debbie; brother, Dick; and dogs, Cayenne and Lily.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00am at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd., Huntersville, NC. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or the American Liver Foundation.
