David Lee Laforce

David Lee LaForce, 49, of 3617 Cindy Park Dr. Charlotte NC, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday March 11, 2018 at 3:31am at University Medical Center Charlotte.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter McKenzie Christenbury, his grandparents Bob and Eunice Adams, Walter and Nancy Senior LaForce, brother-in-law Mike Minnex.
He leaves behind his wife Cheryl LaForce; two daughters Kathy Ahlgrim, and Elizabeth Gonzalez; three sons, Chris, James and Ronald LaForce; sister Angie Freema;, two brothers, Jeff and James LaForce; and nieces and nephews and his great nieces and nephews, his father Walter Lee LaForce Jr, and his mother Anna May Adams, and 12 grandchildren.
David, aka “Our Pops” had a heart of gold, and he would give you the shirt off his back.  He loved his family and everyone unconditionally. There was never a dull moment with David. Anything and everything he would say or do always made you laugh, and that's all he ever worried about, he never cared about himself. He always took care of everyone else. He will most definitely be missed and there will not be a day that goes by that he's not thought of. We want him here on this Earth with us more than anything, but he is home where we all will be and rejoice one day. We put question marks, where God puts periods, and they say, you never put a question mark, where God puts a period!!!

Visitation will be Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville.  Funeral services will be Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home.
