David Bryant Chapman

David Bryant Chapman, 44, of Davidson, NC passed away on February 4, 2019.

David was born in Richmond, VA on May 16, 1974 to Robert Chapman and Rita Chapman.

David was a loving father, brother, son and friend. He owned Go Copper Roofing Company. He loved fishing with Eli, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also loved being around the lake and around any type of water.  David would do anything for anyone.

David is now in heaven with his father, Robert Chapman and nephew, Clifford Hyatt.

He is survived by his daughter, Alden Perez; son, Eli Chapman and his mother, Jody; mother, Rita Chapman; grandchildren, Bella and Makhilyn Perez; sister, Tammy Atkinson (Edward); brother, Ricky Chapman (Heather); and several nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by his long-time friend, Amanda and her son, Carson.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 9, 2018 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, NC.  The family will receive friends for a visitation from 11:00 – 1:00 pm prior to the service.

The family wishes to invite all to come casually dressed.
