Dana Michelle Knox, 40, of Huntersville, NC died November 3, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her father, Loren Dale Knox.

She is survived by her children, Jayden,13, & Avery,3, mother, Kathy, brother, Mac, sister, Kristen, and nephew, Jacob.

Dana lived in Huntersville her entire life and graduated from North Mecklenburg High School. She worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and made many great friends along the way. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held from 6:30-9:00 pm on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Road,Huntersville, NC.

A funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Grace Covenant Church, 17301 Statesville Road, Cornelius, NC.

Following the service she will be laid to rest at Mt. Zion Community Church Cemetery, Cornelius, NC.

Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
