Christopher Lee Roberts

September 12, 1982 — January 11, 2021

Christopher Lee Roberts, 38, of Davidson, North Carolina passed away on January 11, 2021.

Christopher was born in Metairie, Louisiana on September 12, 1982. He grew up in River Ridge, LA and moved to Vancleave, MS while in High School where he lived until he moved to Davidson, NC in 2020.

He is survived by his parents R. Glenn Roberts and Patricia Clark Roberts; siblings Stephanie Roberts and Hilary Roberts; nephews Harrison and Peyton Murkey; and niece Addison Duke.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Rupert Roberts and Catherine Rogers Roberts and Harry “Si” Clark and Lucile Sassone Clark.

Chris was a selfless friend to many people who knew him well. He provided a critical support system for many friends in their sobriety and in difficult times. Sadly, Chris did not always ask for the help and support he needed in return.

Chris’ smile was infectious. He loved Saints football, coffee, Barq’s Root Beer, and pretty much any kind of candy. He loved spending time with his niece and nephews and enjoyed taking them fishing. Chris was a perfectionist in his trade, and many friends and family will enjoy his tile work in their homes for years to come.

We will remember all the good times with Chris. His help, concern, support, and generosity. As well as his smile, smirk, laugh, bunny ears, and peace signs.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date in Vancleave, MS.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in memory of Christopher Lee Roberts to the Home of Grace. The Home of Grace is an addiction recovery center in Vancleave, MS that Chris had attended. https://www.homeofgrace.org/give/
