Christine Barbee Rourk, age 79, passed away March 22, 2014 at her residence. Born October 3, 1934 in Mooresville, she was the daughter of Bural and Sarah Barbee. A memorial service will be held Saturday March 29, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home and Cremation Services. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Gary Warren Rourk, wife Susan of Huntersville, daughter in-law Sandy Rourk of Stanley, six grandchildren and several great grandchildren, one brother Boyce Barbee, one sister Pauline Little, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband Arthur Woodrow Rourk, her daughter Patricia Wilson, and her son Michael Rourk.
