Chelsea Ann Renno Drudge was a loving wife, stepmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family at the age of 30 on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord, NC.
Preceding her in death are grandfathers, William Miller and Del Renno; grandmother, Marilea Renno; uncles, Mark Miller and Louis Lawrence; and father-in-law, Edward P. Drudge, Jr.
Chelsea Ann was born February 24th, 1992 in Los Angeles California to Douglas Scott Renno and Kim Ann Renno. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and went on to earn her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association in 2022. On October 9th, 2021 Chelsea married Kevin Scott Drudge alongside of his beautiful children Drake Scott Drudge and Olivia Gayl Drudge.
Chelsea loved to plan, host, and enjoyed being with people in both her professional and personal life. She had the utmost desire to keep people together no matter the situation and put everything and everyone in front of her own needs. In her personal life, she enjoyed spending her time surrounded by family and dog, Teddy Bear Drudge. In her professional life, she was a highly accomplished businesswoman. She loved her career that started initially in marketing and evolved into franchising. She worked and contributed to many franchise companies over the years and her spirit and personality carried such a positive effect in whatever she involved herself in. This allowed her to build countless friendships along the way. Her impacts to the business and franchise community will be felt for years to come.
Chelsea is survived by her loving parents, Douglas Scott Renno and Kim Ann Miller of Denver, NC; her caring husband, Kevin Scott Drudge, stepson, Drake Scott Drudge and stepdaughter, Olivia Gayl Drudge of Concord, NC; sister, Kristen Nicole Hipps, brother-in-law, Dustin Ryan Hipps and niece, Miller Gray Hipps of Charlotte, NC; mother-in-law, Rebecca Anne Drudge of North Topsail Beach, NC; and brother-in-law, Sean Christopher Drudge, nephew, Noah Lucas Drudge and niece, Sadie Emerson Drudge of Hermitage, Tennessee.
We will all miss her dearly and will never replace what she gave and offered. She is now an angel looking down on us and she will continue to do what Chelsea always did, watch over everyone and share her love with us all. Her heart was bigger than life and that life was taken way too soon.

A memorial service followed by a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at Splendor Pond in Mooresville, NC. The address is 388 Rocky River Rd, Mooresville, NC 28115. The formal memorial service will begin at 5pm with a formal dinner and drinks to follow to celebrate the life of Chelsea.
