Charles Clifford Trexler, Jr., 59, passed away on September 10, 2018 in Lincoln County.
He was born on October 30, 1958 to Betty Lou Carroll and the late Charles Clifford Trexler, Sr.
Chuck is preceded in death by his father Charles Clifford Trexler, Sr. and brother-in-law Jackie Morris.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Lou Carroll; fiancé Helen R. Wessel and her son Matthew Rosskamp; son Brandon Huss of Lincolnton; daughter Holly Victoria Rivers of Greensboro, NC; sisters Phyllis Morris, Connie Earwood (Tim Owens), Sheree Moats (Jerry), Jill Trexler; grandchildren Colby, Kyler, Bryson; nephew David Sean Morris (Amy); and great nephews Tucker and Jackson.
Chuck was a true outdoorsman. He enjoyed driving the #30 around the dirt track, hunting, and fishing. He loved his beagles, all animals, and riding motorcycles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local rescue league.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Chuck's friends who have been there to support them through this difficult time.A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home located at 16901 Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, NC 28078. A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 11:00AM at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Lineberry United Methodist Church Cemetery in Denton, NC.
