Cecilia Buitrago de González , 79, was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday August 20, 2016.
She was born January 23, 1937, to the late Leonidas Buitrago and wife Placidia Adame in Bogotá, Colombia South America. Cecilia shared her childhood with 4 brothers and sisters, Angela, Oswaldo, Gilma and Cesar Buitrago.
She was a devoted and beloved daughter, sister, mother , aunt and grandmother. She had a passion for fashion. She loved taking care of people. Some of the words that would define her, FAITH, LOVE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GENEROSITY and EXTREME DETERMINATION.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother. And her brother Oswaldo Buitrago
Cecilia is survived by her children,
Jorge Enrique González, Claudia Griffin and husband Don , Pilar G Long and husband Kenneth, Patricia Avery and husband Jim, Rocio Gonzalez and husband Farshad Hosseini, Marta Gonzalez, Hugo Gonzalez and wife Genny, Alvaro Gonzalez and wife Alexandra.
She is also survived by her sisters, Angela Triana and children Marta, Jaime, Luz Elena, Julio and John Jairo.
Her sister Gloria Gilma Velasquez and husband Julio Velásquez and Children Sandra, Juan C and Julio.
Her sister in law Cecilia de Buitrago and children Yadira and Hernan.
Brother Cesar Buitrago and wife Maria del Socorro Duque and children Analiecer Carolina, César David, Barbara Luisiana, Marcel Daniel y Mathias Abelardo;
11 grandchildren Valentina, Sergio, Laura, Nicholas, Daniel, Ma Monica, Andres Felipe Julio Mario, Kenny and Christian who loved her very much.
