Catherine Virginia Owens Yeago, 92, of Huntersville, NC passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Catherine was born February 27, 1922 in Stounton, VA to the late Melvin and Nellie Vess Owens. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Boyd Yeago. Catherine is survived by her daughter, Carol Elkins and her husband Bobby of Huntersville. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Huntersville, 119 N. Old Statesville Rd., Huntersville, NC 28078.
