Bunny Frey

Maude “Bunny” Hudson Frey, 82, of Davidson, NC passed away peacefully on March 3, 2017.  Bunny was born October 22, 1934 in Greenville, SC to the late Waddy Hampton Hudson and Maude Elaine Armstrong Hudson.

 After attending Greenwood High School, Bunny graduated from King College where she met her future husband, Bill Frey.

Bunny was a member of DCPC and taught preschool at the church. She also served as director of the preschool program. She especially enjoyed reading, going to movies, and playing bridge.  Bunny’s first priority was her loving family. 

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Bill Frey.

Bunny leaves to cherish her memory, her children; David Alan Frey (Sheri) of Cincinnati, OH, Carol Frey Gordon of Cornelius, NC, Stephen Frederick Frey (Kuk)  of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Brian, Brett, Nicole and Alex Frey; brother, Hampton Hudson;  and sister, Helen Hudson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10:00 am in the chapel of Davidson College Presbyterian Church, Davidson, NC. A reception will follow in the church parlor. In addition, there will be a reception at 3:00 at The Pines in Davidson.

Contributions may be made to large print books at the library or to the organization of your choice. 
Flowers may be sent to DCPC prior to the service.
