Bryan Craig Foy

Bryan Craig Foy, 39, of Mooresville, NC, passed away on April 9, 2024, and although it was unexpected here on earth, he was welcomed to heaven and with much celebration by Jesus and precious loved ones who had gone before him. We know with full assurance Bryan is celebrating even now in a place with joy and peace overflowing. 
 
Bryan was born in Charlotte, NC on April 11, 1984, to James Wesley Foy and Lois Jones Foy and the younger brother of Christy. As a beloved and adored child, he was known for his mischievous all-boy fun, his witty and silly personality, and an infectious smile that he would be known for for the rest of his earthly life. He excelled in every sport he played and excelled academically at both Bible Baptist Christian School and then Resurrection Christian School where he graduated in 2002. His family attended Lamp Light Church in Charlotte and he was well-loved and adored there and everywhere he went for his humor and big heart and big jokes. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from UNC-Charlotte all while working full-time. 

Bryan married Jami Perdue in 2005 and they had four amazing children, Jack,17, Layla, 15, Mason,10, and Aerie,9. They were the loves of his life and his world revolved around them. Bryan enjoyed camping, being outdoors doing anything, Duke basketball, Atlanta Braves baseball, and mostly just being with his family. He had a prominent career as a Senior Manager in logistics/shipping and worked incredibly hard and long hours to provide for his family and was deeply loved by many employees. 

Bryan was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Herbert Jones Sr and Mary Lou Christopher.
 
Bryan is survived by his wife, Jami Perdue; sons, Jack and Mason Foy; daughters Layla and Aerie Foy; parents, James Wesley and Lois Jones Foy; sister and brother-in-law, Christy Bradshaw Iverson and Christopher Iverson; in-laws Richie and Cathy Perdue; paternal grandparents Bob and Phyllis Foy; nieces and nephews, Corey Snyder, Avery Bradshaw, and Ember and Harper Iverson. He has many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends who will miss him terribly on this side of heaven.

🔹A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 21 at 3:00 pm at Resurrection Church located at  2940 Commonwealth Avenue, Charlotte NC 28205. The funeral will follow at the same location at 4:00pm🔹
