Bruce Nelson Fink

Bruce Nelson Fink, 83, of Charlotte, NC died Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at University Place Skilled Nursing Facility. Born November 17, 1931 in Harrisburg NC he was a son of the late Arthur McKinley Fink and Nanie Bell Martin Fink. Bruce was employed in the textile industry for 49 years. He was a member of Newell Presbyterian Church since childhood and served there as a deacon. He loved Christmas, gardening, woodworking and bee-keeping. A celebration of his life will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday December 28, 2014nat Newell Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow the service. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Carolyn Pennell Fink, children, Marsha Fink Horne of Morven, NC, Rickey Nelson Fink of Charlotte, NC, Todd McKinley Fink and wife Linda of Denver, NC.; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings and grandson, Timothy Crank.
