Bruce Harris Ellis

 Bruce Harris Ellis, 73, born January 31st, 1949 in Denver, Colorado passed away Sunday, March 13th, 2022 at his home in Huntersville, NC. 

 Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Mildred (nee Schmitz) and his sister, Karen Boggs (nee Ellis) all of Denver, CO.  

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Vicki Miller Ellis, and his twin sons, Austin Jacob and Taylor Harrison Ellis.  

 Bruce’s extensive career was spent as a Corrosion Specialist in the water, oil and gas industries. He was an active member of NACE, National Association of Corrosion Engineers, for more than 40 years. Per Bruce’s wishes he was cremated. His remains will be returned to the mountains of his home state, Colorado.  

The family wishes to acknowledge Hospice and Palliative care of Lake Norman. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
