Brenda Paxton Taft

Brenda Paxton Taft, 74, of Charlotte, NC passed away February 26, 2022 peacefully surrounded by her family.  Brenda was born in Charlotte, NC on March 16, 1947 to the late Ruby Hood and Bervin Paxton. Brenda was a loving wife, mom, sister, grandmother and an amazing friend.  She most loved any time spent with family and of course her loving dog Ruger.  Brenda, also looked forward to her fitness classes with Body & Soul fitness with her church. She is survived by her husband Rick Taft; dog, Ruger Lee; daughters, Tammi Jones, Kimberly Blythe (Doug McDaniel), Stefanie Stroud (Alan Stroud); grandchildren, Amanda McDaniel (Tyler Ruffin), Kelsie McDaniel and Amber & Ryan Jones; great grandchildren, Levi, Bristol & Dixie DeLorenzo and Abner Jones-Brown; siblings, Jimmy Paxton (Cheryl), Jane Ferrell (Danny), Janet Bennett (Johnny); sister in law, Vicki Taft, many nieces and nephews.  Also, her CNA Jenna Miller.

A Graveside service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2022, 2:00pm, at Northlake Memorial Gardens, 11001 Alexandriana Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078.
