Beverly Jean Eagan Wisbon, 91, of Mooresville, NC formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Bev was born June 22, 1925 in Toledo, OH to the late George A. and Mildred P. Eagan. She was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy of Toledo, and Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. Bev was married for 50 years to the love of her life, the late, James F. Wisbon. Together they shared a beautiful life living in Toledo, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Eighty-Four, PA, Hot Springs Village, AR and spending special time at their farm in Rogersville, PA. Bev truly loved life to the fullest, whether it was golfing, boating, gardening, walking or just spending time with her family or many friends. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard and Thomas Eagan.
Bev is survived by her son; James F. Wisbon, II and his wife Becky of Bridgeville, PA; daughter, Claudia Jean Kepner and her husband John of Mooresville, NC; grandchildren, Ian Wisbon and his wife Betsy, Krystal Nay Schoepke and her husband Michael, Jennifer Yates and her husband Jeff, Jonathan Kepner (her hero); great-grandson, Trenton Yates, and many grand-puppies.
To celebrate Bev's life, a visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC. Friends will also be received on Sunday, July 17 from 6-8 pm at the the Kepner Funeral Home, National Rd. at Bethany Pike, Wheeling, WV. A funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 11 am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 1225 National Rd., Wheeling, WV. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
