Beverley Jeanne Weldon Resseguie

Beverley Jeanne (Weldon) Resseguie, 66, of Mt Holly, NC died December 13, 2012 from complications due to Type I diabetes. Beverley was born in Winchester, MA to Clinton and Dorothy Weldon on September 16, 1946. Beverley had a 13 year career as a computer programmer until forced to retire due to health reasons. Throughout her life she shared her extraordinary talent for cross-stitch, knitting and cooking. Although soft-spoken, she would often surprise those around her with her quick wit and keen sense of humor. Generous and big-hearted "Miss Bev" was loved and respected by many of the neighborhood children. Beverley was a lady in every sense of the word. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years Donald R. Resseguie, her mother,Dorothy Weldon, her bothers, Donald C. Weldon and David B. Weldon her nephews, Jeremey Weldon and Timothy Weldon and her cousin, "sister" Beth Miller. Friends will be received on Sunday, December 16, 2012 from 3-5pm. at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home 16901 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078. Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation 3608 Landmark Dr. Suite C, Columbia, SC 29204.
