Beulah Mae Swinson Stallings, 94, went to her heavenly home on September 7, 2022 in Huntersville, NC.
Beulah Mae Stallings was born on July 16, 1928 in Rockwell, N.C. to Lee Swinson and Gordia Johnson.
George Stallings, her loving husband, William Dale Stallings, her son, and Jayson Skipper, her grandson, preceded her in death. She is survived by Ronnie and Phyllis Stallings and Kay and Donald Skipper, along with grandchildren, Ron, Phil, and Trey Stallings, Jennifer Skipper Loerzel, Will Stallings, Kevin Stallings, Christie Stallings Mullins, Katie Stallings Parnell, 16 great-grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. Also surviving her are two much loved siblings, Ethel Swinson Orrell of Churchland, N.C. and Justice Lee Swinson of Waxhaw, N.C and many nieces and nephews whom she cared so much about.
Beulah Mae was known for keeping up with her many family and friends on social media, her porcelain painting, trolling Lake Norman fishing, collecting spoons from all over the world and her card-sending. She was a true southern lady whom despite her age still had a southern drawl, went to a hair salon once a week, and never left the house unless she was presentable. She enjoyed new things so had no trouble adapting to emailing and social media on her different devices. Her memory was great to the end and she liked to share stories of growing up in rural Rowan County with her sisters Eleanor, Billie, Ethel, Pete, and Betty and her two brothers, Roy and Dubie. The service for Beulah Mae Stallings will be held on September 10, 2022 at 2:00 at Raymer Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, N.C. Visitation will precede the funeral at 1:00-2:00 at the same location.
A burial will be held following the service at Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte, NC.
Memorial donations can be made in Beulah's name to a charity of one's choice.
