Betty Strider

Betty Lou Strider, 82, passed away on June 2, 2020 in Huntersville, NC.  She was born on September 8, 1937 to Carl and Hennie Medlin.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Junior Frasure; second husband, William Hugh Strider; and grandson, Andrew Dean Frasure.

Betty is survived by her son, Arthur Dean Frasure (Karen); daughter, Vickie Frasure Ramsey (Dennis Matheney); son, Charles Bradley Frasure (Lori); grandsons, Nicholas Shelton Strider, Joshua Adam Strider, and Morgan Brant Frasure; granddaughters, Taylor O’Neil Frasure, Kensington Jane Frasure, and Addison Claire Frasure; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Betty attended Lakeside Church in Denver, NC. She enjoyed attending Gracious Living Center for Mother’s Morning Out, dancing and shopping.

She is remembered as a loving mom who kept in touch and cherished the connection with her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 5, 2020 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville.  Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., also at the funeral home.  Interment will take place at Huntersville First Baptist Church cemetery.
