Bernie Clark Meacham

Mr. Bernie Clark Meacham, 78, of Terrell, NC went to be with the Lord Thursday October 27, 2011at Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville. Born February 11, 1933 in Charlotte he was the son of the late Clark B. Meacham and Myrtle Finlayson Meacham. Mr. Meacham graduated from Harding High School in 1952, was a US Navy Veteran, a member of the Charlotte Fire Department, a member of the Lions Club and Optimist Club. He was the owner of Meacham Electric Co from 1965 to 1975 and an industrial salesman with Noland Electric Co in Florence SC until his retirement. Memorial Services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday October 29, 2011 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Jackson officiating. The family will receive family and friends following the service. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 36 years, Carey Sherrill Meacham; son, Timothy (Joan) Meacham of Georgetown, SC; grandchildren, Chason and Charlie Meacham, Susie (Travis) Alexander of Rock Hill; great grandson, Tucker Alexander. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by this son, Tommy Meacham in 1991. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grace Christian Center Building Fund, P. O.
