Barbara Outley Barr

Mrs. Barbara Kaye Outley Barr, 59 of Charlotte, NC died April 29, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center Charlotte, NC. Born June 14, 1954 in Lockhart, SC she was a daughter of the late William Carl Outley and Evelyn Ruth Mize Outley. She was a homemaker, a very loving person and loved her grandchildren and family. A Celebration of her life will be conducted from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Dale Barr; children, Angela Lipford and husband Jason of Richmond, VA, Jeffrey Lynn Lipford of Charlotte, NC, Brian Dale Barr and fiancé Christine of Charlotte, NC; five grandchildren and brother, William Carl Outley of Newton Kansas Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home & Cremation Service Huntersville, NC is assisting the family.
