Anthony Joseph Russo

Anthony Joseph Russo, 67, of Cornelius, NC passed away on March 8, 2025.

Anthony was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 11, 1957 to the late Vincent Russo and Susan Russo.

Along with his parents, Anthony is preceded in death by his in-laws Vienna and John, as well as his grandparents Anthony and Carmella.

He is survived by his loving partner Louise; his loving children: Vincent (Lauren), Anthony (Bradlee), and Christina Burris (Tyler); his beloved grandchildren: Anthony, Vienna, Luca, Mia, Annalessia, and Carmine; his aunt and uncle Phyllis and Carmine; his loving brother Vincent; his brothers-in-law Guy and Joe; and his sister-in-law Genevieve.

Above all else, Anthony's world was his family.  He cherished every moment he spent with them.  Anthony was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  He was deeply loved by his family and will be missed each and every day.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025 at St. Mark Catholic Church at 1:30PM. 

Memorial donations may be made to any animal sanctuary of your choice.
