Albert Allan Pearson

Albert Allan Pearson, 81, of Huntersville, NC formerly of Greensburg, PA died in his home on Wednesday, February 8, 2017.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on April 28, 1935 to the late Albert F. and Jeannette R. Pearson. He graduated from Forty Fort High School in Forty Fort, PA and served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 – 1957. He was employed by Herr Equipment Company in Ohio, He owned Fotorecord Company in Greensburg, PA, and was later employed by Elliott Company in Jeannette, PA. He was a member of Huntersville Presbyterian Church.

Allan was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and watching golf.

In addition to his parents Allan was predeceased by his brother, Roland Pearson and a sister, Carol Pearson Noel.

He is survived by his children, Mark Pearson of San Tan Valley, AZ; Kelly Carpenter and husband, Todd of Huntersville, NC; grandchildren, Cameron and Dawson Carpenter; brother, Richard Pearson and wife, Eleanore; sister-in-law, Lois Pearson; nephews and nieces, Charles Pearson, Scott Pearson, Amy Pearson Emili, Lisa Pearson Ringling, and Ann Pearson Charles.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Following the services he will be put to rest at Mt. Zion Community Church Cemetery, Cornelius, NC.
