Addie B. Brown

Addie Baker Brown, of Huntersville, NC died August 17, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Boyce Brown (Red); and grandson, Little David Brown.

She is survived by her children, Cathy B. Guthrie, Sammy Brown, Linda Dickerson, Karen Lockhart, David Brown; grandchildren, Justin Wilhelm, Heather Guthrie, Jessica Land, Eva Brown, Tiffany Turner, Savannah Brown, Summer Brown, Adam Lockhart, Brandy Brown; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Addie was a dedicated home maker and enjoyed her life with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She loved growing plants, sewing, making quilts and baking. She is now in peace after a long sickness, and she will be greatly missed by her family.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 3:00 pm. Following the service she will be laid to rest next to her husband at Northlake Memorial Gardens.
